David Bertone, PT, DPT, OCS founded the practice in 2008 with the mission of providing the most comprehensive physical therapy services in Monmouth County.  This mission was accomplished by providing boutique style physical therapy utilizing the most advanced clinical techniques supported by the evidence.  The mantra of "One Therapist, One Goal: A Transition to Better Health" is what gave the practice its identity.  A second location was opened in 2013.  db Orthopedic Physical Therapy of Manalapan was placed in the Western part of Monmouth County. Dr. Jerry Moczerniuk, PT, DPT, OCS became the Clinical Director and equity partner of the Manalapan office.  The original location in Lincroft moved to a state of the art facility in Red Bank in late 2023.  The team continued to expand with the promotion of Dr. David Colella, PT, DPT, OCS to Clinical Director of the Red Bank office.  There are now 9 highly skilled Doctors of Physical Therapy at db OrthoPT.
