I help mortgage professionals build businesses that give them maximum income AND maximum fulfillment.  Times have changed and the way we nurture and cultivate relationships is different than it was in the past.  Many methods that used to work (cold calls, and email newsletters) no longer yield results.  So I teach to stop making cold calls, then learn how to become valuable to your specific market and use technology to get in front of as many people as you can, so the customer raises their hands to talk to you. Then serve them greatly with a robust way to maximize referrals from your network.   I've found that people that are at the top of our industry continue to preach "Well the way I got business in 1980 was taking donuts to realtors and handing out business cards, so do the same" is hurting the current mortgage professional.  Potential clients used to have to call realtors to find out which houses were for sale, so the leads naturally flowed through this channel.  But, we all know the client now starts their shopping online by doing research.   We teach how to get that client first and then we coach you how to refer those clients to the best realtors in your area, thereby creating dynamic, healthy mutually beneficial partnerships.  We've found that most current realtor relationships are codependent, characterized by marketing agreements or a "what have you done for me lately" mentality.  We see amazing results within the first 3-6 months..Our clients experience more income, higher quality of life, and an enormous increase in happiness with their jobs.
