DCI Aerotech is an FAA-certified Repair Station offering in-house materials and parts finishing services for the commercial and military aerospace industries. With Nadcap and EASA certifications, we provide complete maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions to aerospace, industrial, and military manufacturers across the U.S. and Europe, reducing the need for multiple vendors.

Our roots trace back to a WWII chromium plating shop, part of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's Arsenal of Democracy. Since then, we've expanded from a 2,600 sq. ft. single-process plant to a 240,000 sq. ft. facility with 10 buildings on an 8-acre campus. We offer over 100 in-house plating and machining processes, meeting over 660 Aerospace and Military customer specifications.

DCI Aerotech provides a wide range of services, including multi-process plating, non-destructive testing, shot peening, HVOF coatings, precision grinding, lab testing, cleaning, stripping, and various paint/dry film lubricants.

Aerospace:
Since 1948, we have delivered industry-leading plating, coating, and testing services to the aerospace sector, addressing challenges like metal fatigue, oxidation, corrosion, and wear in extreme environments.

Military:
We work with top defense and military clients to provide specialized surface treatment options designed to enhance corrosion resistance, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and film adhesion, meeting the highest industry standards.
