Architecture and Design Our Office is led by 3 partners Jeff Dotterweich, Cynthia Carlson and Tiemo Mehner. All three partners are actively involved in the office and will take care of projects from start to finish. Our work is project-based with flexible teams custom tailored to fit each project. Teams are sized and staffed to fit a particular project and the team will be responsible to deliver a project from conceptual design to construction completion, allowing for continuity and good flow of information. Our open interdisciplinary approach is based on the ability of self guided work of all team members without a strong hierarchy . Quality Control, Schedule, Budget and Safety are integral to project delivery, we understand the dynamics between these factors and have worked with clients that require a high degree of project control and metrics reporting and can provide tight control over all phases of a project using all available tools. Sustainable design and LEED have become an important part of project delivery and a priority for many of our clients. We have completed Certified and Gold rated LEED projects for new construction, Remodel and Core and Shell buildings. Our Services include Design for Commercial and Residential projects for all phases of project delivery from feasibility studies to Construction Administration.
