D&E Counseling Center is a non-profit child, adolescent and family counseling center devoted to providing the highest quality of professional mental health care to families and their children.  The Center utilizes a comprehensive array of services coordinated toward the goal of supporting children to achieve emotional wellness in the most natural environment possible.  

In addition to helping families help themselves,the Center's staff consults with schools, physicians and other child care professionals toward achieving a better understanding of, and meeting the needs of, the emotionally behaviorally handicapped youth they serve
