Deerkill Day Camp is a third-generation, family-owned operation based in Suffern, New York, on a wooded 15-acre campus. Entering its 58th season, the camp targets children aged 3 to 15 and emphasizes a close-knit, community-oriented summer experience within the recreational facilities sector. 

The program blends supervised swimming in large heated pools with athletic activities on fields, alongside arts, crafts, theater, and a range of specialty activities such as martial arts, archery, gymnastics, and nature-based programs. Daily transportation is provided on air-conditioned buses with trained drivers and counselors. Owners and directors are on site daily and available by phone at all hours, and the camp relies on adult group leaders, many with teaching backgrounds. Tuition covers transportation, hot lunch, towels, trips, and access to a free family pool club on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5, with tipping not allowed.
