DTIC serves as the Department of Defense’s official central repository for scientific and technical information, linking research outcomes to the Warfighter and supporting defense advancements over more than eight decades. It manages and disseminates the DoD’s substantial annual investment in science and technology, coordinating access to critical knowledge across the defense community.
