We provide personalized financial services for business owners and their families.  Personal finance is complicated but combining it with business finance requires specialized knowledge.  We focus on getting to know you and your situation.  We use what we learn to help you make better financial decisions.  

This business is more to us than money.  It is about the people that trust us to help them.  We don't have minimums and we never have.  We designed our business to align our interests with yours including structures that incentivize the most reliable long-term outcomes.  

We are fee-based, not fee-only because a fee-based agreement is not always in the best interest of the investor.
DeFrehn Consulting is dually registered to give the flexibility of an Independent RIA and still have access to the infrastructure of a large brokerage firm.  
   
The services we provide most often include:
Investment management, long and short-term investments in brokerage and retirement accounts

Retirement plan management, we guide you in maintaining fiduciary best practices to limit your liability, educate participants, help with the selection of plan structure and offer 3(31) and 3(38) fiduciary services.  
Insurance: Life-based policies like term life and key-man policies.
