Political Infrastructure Leverage the party’s established state-wide network and leadership with a focus on digital optimization, donor management, and targeted outreach to expand fundraising efficiency and volunteer engagement.

Digital Maturity Existing tech stack includes Drupal, Google Workspace, analytics, and optimization tools, presenting opportunities to upsell advanced analytics, website personalization, content testing, and secure data governance services.

Funding Constraints With revenue under one million and a lean team (11-50 employees), there is a clear need for cost-effective, scalable solutions and managed services to maximize ROI without headcount expansion.

Leadership Transition Recent leadership changes in 2020 suggest a chance to re-engage with the party’s decision-makers on modernization initiatives and governance, offering change-management and project acceleration support.

Competitive Context As a major state-level party with federal representation and strong governance influence, there is opportunity to position services around political compliance, security, and rapid mobilization technologies aligned with public-sector requirements.
