Since it was established in 1944, the Delaware Farm Bureau has become one of the strongest farm organizations in the First State, serving as a unified voice for local Delaware farmers. We aim to promote and protect Delaware agriculture.

The Delaware Farm Bureau is a grassroots organization which is voluntary, nonprofit and nongovernmental. We believed then, as we do today, that farmers need an organization that will serve as a unified voice and accomplish goals that we could not accomplish alone. We have defended agriculture against unreasonable taxes and regulations, threats to property rights and damaging misconceptions about farming.
