One on one interaction and communication at the front door. A DeliverSTAT technician will take the necessary service time to ensure the patient is receiving the medications they are expecting. This allows the patient to give consent for the future refill of the medication, or decline if they are no longer taking the medication which can prevent drug interactions and non compliance. 

Other delivery services must reach quota’s or deliver a certain amount of packages per day. DeliverSTAT technicians/drivers have sufficient amount of time at the door to ensure the medication is going in the right hands and not left to be misplaced or stolen.
