Frank Demandt has been a licensed and practicing architect in South Florida for over 30 years. In 1990 he co-founded Brown Demandt Architects with his friend and colleague, Robert Brown. After a successful and accomplished 16 year partnership, Brown Demandt Architects came to a close to allow for both parties to explore independent opportunities within the field, while continuing to carry out collaborative projects. 

In 2006, Demandt Architecture, P.A. was established by Frank Demandt with three employees and the knowledge and experience to excel in intuitive and innovative design practices, with a focus on commercial and retail projects both large and small. Today, we have evolved to become one of the busiest small firms in Miami, handling a diverse array of projects and clients. We have been and continue to grow as a full-service firm specializing in providing complete architectural services from the initial design phase to post-occupancy evaluation, including three-dimensional design and renderings, project coordination and construction administration.

Mr. Demandt has carefully assembled a talented, diverse team of project managers, LEED Certified professionals, designers, CADD technicians and support staff. We pride ourselves on our ability to guide our clients through the often frustrating process of design, permitting and construction. Our combined experience and skills enable us to succinctly design and implement our clients’ requirements and to transform their visions to a reality.
