We offer design, construction management and general construction services from our offices in Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Management services include estimating, scheduling, procurement, and coordination all in turn-key fashion.  We provide design services of architectural, structural engineering, civil engineering and electrical engineering.  We provide these services in a variety of contracting methods including design-build, build-lease, construction management and fixed-price.
