Niche aviation Small aviation-focused engineering consultancy suggests opportunities for lightweight, specialized design reviews, regulatory compliance support, and FAA/DER-backed services to tiered suppliers and operators seeking certification and airworthiness.

Boutique flexibility As a lean firm, there is potential for scalable collaborations on contract engineering, fast-response design changes, and project-based engineering support for larger primes that require supplemental DER-approved resources.

Technical services Position as a trusted technical consulting partner to offer aircraft engineering and design services, enabling upsell into systems integration, certification documentation, and retrofit or modernization projects.

Digital footprint Current tech stack and website presence enable targeted digital outreach, content marketing on regulatory and compliance topics, and lead generation through showcasing DER-approved capabilities and case studies.

Strategic partnerships Opportunity to align with larger engineering firms (similar market peers) for sub-contracting, joint proposals, or advisory roles, leveraging familiarity with DER processes to win longer-term, multi-project engagements.
