Prachi founded Design Ladder in 2013, She is an award winning product design, development and sourcing executive, who has helped rug and home accessories manufacturers and wholesalers turn their line around and establish a significant standing in the market for the novelty and richness of their product.

For the past 15 years I have specialized in rugs, but I bring together an experience of 23 years in leading product teams across apparel, accessories, home and rug industries.  I have catered to a broad spectrum of customers ranging from mom-and-pop stores across the US, to tier 1 B&M and ecommerce retailers such as Home Goods, Rooms to Go, and Wayfair.

My experience of starting, running and successfully selling a bags and accessories business has enriched my perspective towards ensuring profitability throughout the line creation process, balancing breadth and depth of the assortment, while nurturing an image of being at the forefronts of product innovation and variety.
