The Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association is a small nonprofit trade association focused on the multifamily housing sector in Michigan. Based in Bingham Farms, it was founded in 2002 as a 501(c)6 organization. It represents more than 76,000 apartment homes across Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Lapeer and St. Clair counties and works with over 127 business partners and more than 100 property management companies.
