Detroit Riverside Capital (DRC) is a real estate investment firm with focus on constructing vibrant, mixed-use communities within the downtown centers of the cities and towns with whom we partner. DRC was founded to progress the availability of “walk-able downtown” housing options in communities that have traditionally only offered housing in the form of single-family homes in neighborhoods surrounding their downtown areas. We are seeing new demand, predominantly from the millennial demographic, to blend the line between urban and suburban by building communities which offer a walk-able downtown lifestyle. We look forward to creating new and innovative building designs which provide this to our residents, along with functional physical and service-based amenities to enhance the enjoyment and practicality of downtown living.
