Development   Collaborative,   Ltd.,   as   architects  and 
construction managers, have  been involved  with retail design 
and  construction  nation  wide  for  over  30  years  and  have 
served both small local independent and large national retailers 
in a variety of markets.

                   Our  services  include:    Site  visits  and  investigation, 
preliminary  design  and  development;  construction  drawings  
including   architectural   and   engineering   design   -   HVAC,   
electrical  and plumbing;  lighting  design,  store fixture design,  
interior finishes schedule,  signage design,  details as required 
and  a  construction  cost breakdown  to complete the work.   A 
fixed  construction cost of the  work  shall  be  provided  if  DCL  
is  elected  to  build  the project.
