Development Transformations (DT) is an international development firm that focuses on improving the capability, capacity, and effectiveness of programs and personnel working in countries undergoing rapid and transformational change. DT offers program design, program management/implementation, political and stakeholder analysis and reporting, training, civil-military cooperation, and technical expertise for international development programs focusing civil society development, promoting resilience, governance support, grants management, NGO capacity development, elections support, and support to independent media. DT has established international field offices and conducted long-term (multi-year) development and political transition programs in Ukraine, Yemen, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisia, Syria, Turkey, and Afghanistan. Our primary partners and clients include the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Department of State, UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), Department of Defense (DoD), private foundations, and various NGO and development organizations. As part of our work for government clients, we have also provided analytical studies, CSO and stakeholder mapping, evidence-based research, and field studies for countries in the Middle East, Eurasia, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
