Dhanani Private Equity Group (DPEG) is a Houston-based real estate development and private equity firm that provides investment opportunities through various development and acquisition methods. Returns from our portfolio of multifamily, retail shopping centers, office buildings, land, hotels, and convenience stores have ranged between 7.7% and 266.7% annually. However, our target annual return remains 20-35%, and we have consistently met or outperformed that benchmark. DPEG has provided investors weighted-average annual returns of 33% in 2021, 46% in 2022, 47% in 2023, and 20% in 2024 based on the equity raised over numerous exited projects. Overall, DPEG’s blended weighted-average annual return is 35% over the course of multiple exits made over the last few years. In 2024, we acquired assets totaling $624.3 million and exited projects with a total value of $47.4 million. DPEG closed 2024 with a total of $1.9 billion in transaction volume. DPEG allocates 1% of net profits for charitable donations and 1% of net profits for employee bonuses upon exit.
