DHS Diecast Collectables, Inc. has been in business since 1975. The name "DHS" comes from the initials of three companies merged into one: Dave's Model Toys, Hiram Construction Models and Smith Model Imports. These three companies merged together make us the largest Construction and Truck Model distributor in the world!

The first company (Dave's Model Toys) was purchased by the current owner in September, 1999. Hiram Construction was purchased in January, 2000 and Smith Models was added in January 2001. We eventually moved the business to its current location in historic Berea, Ohio USA (just south of Cleveland Hopkins Airport) and arranged our new 12,000 square foot warehouse to best serve our customers.

DHS is currently an authorized distributor for Conrad Models (Germany), NZG Models (Germany), Tonkin Models (USA), Sword Models (USA), WSI (Netherlands), Drake Models (Australia), ROS Models (Italy), MotorArt Models (Sweden), Bymo Models (Germany) YCC Models (China) and Mammoet (Netherlands).

We also sell products from Classic Construction Models, Norscot, Joal, Athearn, Diecast Promotions, EMD, TWH, SpecCast, First Gear, Tomy (Ertl), Plastruct, Bruder Models, Universal Hobbies, Woodland Scenics, Walthers and many others as well as models from custom builders all over the world.
