Diamond Coach Corporation manufactures mid-size buses with passenger capacities from 12 to 29. Our buses (people movers) are built on Ford, Chevrolet and GMC chassis. The company was started in 1957 with a major emphasis on recreational vehicles. Diamond started manufacturing buses in the late 70's and early 80's and stopped R.V. production in 1989 in favor of buses. The company was purchased in 1988 by Dick Seybolt and Wayne Lowe. Our sidewalls plus front and end caps are built utilizing composite / honeycomb uni-body construction. Diamond Coach is the only bus manufacturer that uses this type of construction in all of its body parts.
