DiamondRock Hospitality Company is a self-advised real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns a portfolio of 36 premium destination resorts and urban hotels in the U.S. containing approximately 9,600 rooms. 

Our goal is to create premium total shareholder returns by employing rigorous capital allocation and innovative asset management, in conjunction with a balance sheet that preserves strategic and financial flexibility, to relentlessly drive risk-adjusted free cash flow and equity value per share. 

Since 2010, we have repositioned our portfolio through the acquisition of nearly $3 billion of urban and resort hotels that align with our strategic goals while disposing of more than $1 billion in non-core hotels.  These acquisitions have increase our exposure to unique destination markets such as Sedona, Lake Tahoe, Sonoma, Key West, and Charleston. Today, over 60% of our hotels are leisure-focused destination resorts and urban lifestyle hotels and nearly 95% are independently managed.
