Plenty of ideas that were once considered impossible or impractical are now in daily use. In the vast majority of cases, an idea's early shortcomings are not overcome because of a paradigm shift - they are overcome bit by bit, one at a time until the naysayers are "suddenly" wrong. 

At DiffPlug, we work hard to enable that accrument. Large teams chisel away at formerly monolithic mountains. Individuals wedge sharp levers into their obstacles, steadily splitting them open with the inevitability of the freeze-thaw cycle.
