- 2018: Lancet Technologies joined the TVA
- 2017: The Trauma Vendor Alliance (TVA) is formed with DI and Clinical Data Management
- 2017: DICORP launches The Kutcher Foundation
- 2011: DICORP launches The William J. Sacco Foundation
- 2004: NTRACS is acquired from The American College of Surgeons (ACS)
- 2002: Cales & Associates is acquired
- 2001: Tribunal Management System is acquired from NAV Company
- 1999: Tri-Analytics is acquired and DI expands
- 1997: DICORP formed Digital Innovation, Inc. (DI) to house its trauma registry operations
