Customers can spend thousands of dollars on a project. We want it to look the best it can be. That's why we will check for spelling errors, alert the customer of any color or alignment issues with their art, audio or video problems that we can detect in their DVD or Audio CD. So, we do a lot of "behind the scene" work that most companies won't do. We cannot watch or listen to our customer's entire content, but we always try to catch anything that could cause trouble before starting a project and advise them.
