Dignity Team Health is a Texas-based provider of private care, hospice and home health care for individuals in different stages of need. 

We offer compassion, care and support at the most crucial and challenging phases of life. Among the many people Dignity Team Health assists are patients recuperating at home after a major surgery or illness (home health), folks who need a helping hand in daily activities (private care), or the terminally ill who need comfort and support (hospice).

Oftentimes in an emergency or prolonged health crisis, patients are made to feel less than or lose complete dignity in their lives. Our jobs, besides facilitating recovery and comfort, is to restore that sense of dignity that all people should possess -- hence our name, Dignity Team Health. Our mission is simple: To enable a “Life with Dignity".

Dignity Team Health members are available 24/7. Our emphasis is on patient safety and health above all, as our clients trust us with their most precious asset: Their loved ones. We are state licensed, insured, bonded, and JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare) accredited. Our employees are background checked and OIG (Office of the Inspector General) checked every month and randomly drug tested. We make sure that a patient's health and recovery are our uppermost priority, and because we make that distinction, clients trust us. 

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA health benefits insurance as well as other health insurance plans for our hospice patients. For our private care patients, we accept long-term care and workers' compensation insurance.

Dignity Team Health gives back to the community through our non-profit group, Life With Dignity. Through Life With Dignity, we provide scholarships for those who long to begin a career in a healthcare field.
