The Dillman Farm traces its origins to 1970, when the Dillman family began producing all-natural apple butter in a small town in Southern Indiana. In 1981, after fulfilling a local bakery’s request for preserves, they added strawberry and peach varieties to the lineup. Today, the Bloomington-based cookhouse produces more than 100 all-natural fruit products, including fruit butter spreads, preserves, jellies, mustards, salsas, barbecue sauces, reduced-sugar spreads, and hot apple products.
