Community Education The Diocese operates 9 Catholic elementary schools and 3 Catholic high schools, plus multiple parishes and mission communities, signaling ongoing needs for education-focused technology, communications, fundraising platforms, and K-12-friendly IT solutions to support administration, student information systems, data backups, and secure communications.

Faith-Based Tech Current tech stack includes AWS, Microsoft 365, Teams, SendGrid, New Relic, Vimeo and other modern tools, presenting opportunities to upsell cloud optimization, security enhancements, monitoring, and multimedia collaboration solutions tailored for a distributed church network and diocesan offices.

Growth Leadership Appointment of a new high school president and ongoing expansion in education and charitable services (Catholic Charities, Second Harvest partnerships) indicate readiness to engage in leadership-focused training, fundraising platforms, donor analytics, and performance reporting services.

Philanthropy & Hunger Strategic collaborations with Second Harvest and community feeding programs highlight potential for scalable nonprofit logistics software, volunteer management, warehouse automation, and grant management to support hunger relief initiatives and diocesan social services.

Operations & Compliance With revenue in the 1–10 million range and a network spanning multiple parishes and schools, there is a clear need for robust compliance, data governance, nonprofit financials tooling, and security posture improvements to meet regulatory and donor requirements.
