disABILITY LINK is a grassroots, peer-led Center for Independent Living (CIL) committed to advancing disability rights, accessibility, and inclusion. We are a non-medical organization that values self-determination, dignity, and respect for all individuals. We advocate for human rights—not special rights— and work to remove barriers so people with disabilities can fully participate in their communities. disABILITY LINK services are available to persons with disabilities, their families, and communities throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties including Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Newton, Rockdale Counties, and limited services in Butts, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, and Upson Counties. Our Core Services • Advocacy – Fighting for accessibility, equal rights, and policy change. • Independent Living Skills – Empowering individuals to live independently. • Information & Referral – Connecting people to vital community resources. • Peer Counseling – Support from those with lived experience. Transition Services – Assisting youth with disabilities and individuals moving from institutions to independent living. Beyond these five core services, we offer additional programs designed to promote inclusion, leadership, and community engagement. Join us in breaking barriers and building a more inclusive future!
