The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is a Massachusetts state agency operating within the Executive Office for Administration and Finance. Based in Boston, it oversees capital project planning, design and construction, facilities management, decarbonization of state facilities, and real estate services for the Commonwealth.
