Analyzing historical data unveiled the ability to forecast the short-term movement of longer-term interest rates. We have built a highly-disciplined investment process to capitalize on this research for investors. For over 13 years, we have been providing custom-tailored solutions, with objectives ranging from interest rate management to absolute return, employing our highly disciplined approach, taking either long or short positions in global bond futures. Institutions and family offices globally have approached Dix Hills Partners for two primary solutions: • Highly liquid uncorrelated absolute return to improve overall portfolio diversification • An interest rate overlay on traditional bond portfolios to enhance return and/or manage interest rate risk Our systematically based investment strategy is derived from extensive research on over 50 years of interest rate movements. We attempt to forecast the short-term direction of long-term interest rates with sufficient accuracy to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns that are sustainable. Our expectation is to forecast these changes in long-term rates with 60-65% accuracy. Additionally, we expect profits on winning forecasts to be greater than losses on unprofitable ones.
