We have specialised in the sale of real estate and financial services. We were founded in 1998 as a subsidiary of Deutsche Kreditbank AG and today we are there for our customers with 15 teams in 13 locations. We are active throughout Germany, with a regional focus on the new federal states. 

We support our customers in all questions concerning the sale and rental of real estate. In addition, we help owner-occupiers and capital investors to find the right property from an extensive range of apartments, houses and plots of land. Our portfolio includes numerous holiday properties on the Baltic Sea as well as attractive foreclosure properties.

In addition, DKB Grund acts as an independent advisor in the field of construction financing. For this purpose, we compare offers from various leading banks free of charge, work out individual financing solutions and thus find loans with favourable and fair conditions for our customers - also including public subsidies.
