Donate Life Indiana is a nonprofit alliance of agencies focused on saving and enhancing lives by registering residents as organ, eye, and tissue donors through the Indiana Donor Registry. It was established in 1998 and serves as the state affiliate of Donate Life America, based in Indianapolis. 

The organization notes that more than 3.5 million Hoosiers are registered donors, a result of its statewide partnerships and processes. A collaboration with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles prompts applicants about donor designation, contributing to a high rate of donor registration—about 77% of Indiana drivers are registered donors. In April 2026, Pulaski Memorial Hospital joined Donate Life Indiana and PMHNet partnered with the organization to raise awareness during National Donate Life Month and encourage community registration.
