Donegal ETB is a regional education and training authority based in Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland. It is the largest education and training provider in the county, serving more than 34,000 students annually and directly managing fifteen post-primary schools while acting as a trustee for eight others. The board offers a broad spectrum of further education and training, including full- and part-time courses, apprenticeships, basic education, adult guidance, and community education support, with some programs co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union, plus outdoor education and music education components.

It also holds responsibilities for youth services and supports local employers by tailoring its offerings to community needs. In March 2026, it announced a partnership with Atlantic Technological University as part of the North South ESTEEM project to advance education and skills initiatives.
