Award Winning Capability DYI has a long history of award recognition, including a 2024 Build Tennessee Award of Excellence for the Tanger Nashville project, signaling strong project quality and credibility that can be leveraged to win new institutional and private development opportunities.

Strategic Growth With two offices in different regions and a deliberate international diversification since 2010, DYI presents opportunities to cross-sell services to developers and public sector clients active in multiple markets.

Comprehensive Services As a full service architectural firm with planning, commercial, and multifamily capabilities, DYI can position as a single-source partner for complex mixed-use and urban development projects, reducing client coordination risk.

Technology Stack Utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, WordPress, Azure, Shopify, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite indicates a modern workflow and marketing reach suitable for digital proposals, BIM coordination, and client communications to streamline project delivery.

Strong Client Base A history of repeat clients with reputable private developers and public institutions suggests strong relationship-driven sales opportunities, especially in multifamily and commercial sectors with potential repeat business and referrals.
