Rural healthcare expansions Doster is actively involved in healthcare construction, including a recently completed freestanding emergency facility in Texas and a new rural healthcare project with Livingston Hospital. This signals ongoing opportunities to pursue hospital, clinic, and urgent care project work in regional markets.

Top contractor recognition Being ranked No. 18 among the nation’s Top General Contractors by Modern Healthcare reinforces credibility with hospital systems, healthcare networks, and large-scale project owners seeking proven partners for complex healthcare construction projects.

Multifamily leadership Doster was recognized as a Top Multifamily Builder by the National Multifamily Housing Council, indicating strong positioning in residential multi-family projects alongside healthcare and commercial work—potential cross-sell into mixed-use and multifamily developments.

Growth leadership Recent leadership promotion to President & Chief Operating Officer and ongoing project leadership in diverse markets suggest organizational capacity to scale services, pursue larger or more complex programs, and engage with municipal, healthcare, and educational clients on longer-term capital programs.

Public sector projects Engagement as construction manager for civil and municipal improvements (e.g., Liberty Park in Alabama) shows readiness to win government and public sector capital projects, offering openings for competitive bids or RFQ/RFP partnerships with city and regional authorities.
