Dougie Mac is a hospice organization based in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire, providing end-of-life and palliative care services free of charge to local residents with life-limiting illnesses. Since March 2021, following the amalgamation with The Donna Louise Trust, care operates across two sites in Blurton and Trentham and through local community outreach.

As a charity, it relies on voluntary donations to fund its services, with annual fundraising needs exceeding £15 million. In 2026, it was named the TMT First charity of the year.
