Doumak began its marshmallow-making journey in 1921 and in 1954, invented and patented the extrusion process of manufacturing marshmallows. This process allowed cost-efficient mass production, making marshmallows an everyday sweet treat and favorite ingredient for many recipes. Today, Doumak marshmallows are made to order to produce the best quality and freshest marshmallows possible.
