Established in 1967 by Gerald Dow, Dow Hydraulic Systems started out with a single honing machine in a garage and a vision for the future. Today, after more than 50 years and 3 generations of Dow Family leaders, it operates in over 25,000 sq. ft. in 1 campus and employs around 100 people. Much of the success can be accredited to the second generation of Dow family members that have been able to take their father’s vision and turn it into a successful, reputable, and well known leader in the aerospace industry.
