.Downs Designs Dreams is a  501(c)3 corporation as of January 2015 

Mission Statement- Downs Designs Dreams (Dreams) advocates disability awareness and promotes independence and instills confidence by donating a special clothing line. Dreams seeks to be recognized nationwide as a leading advocate and service provider for people living with permanent or temporary disabilities. Dreams also aims to establish itself as the standard of excellence for community engagement in education, advocacy, service and fundraising through its Adopt-a-Jean® programs.

Downs Designs Dreams created its Adopt-A-Jean Friday Program to donate clothing solutions to those with disabilities and their families at no cost, upon submitting stories that educate others about the clothing struggles faced by those with dressing challenges. Downs Designs Dreams Support-A-Veteran Program honors submitted requests by donating NBZs Brand of fashionable adaptive wear clothing to individual veterans, veteran hospitals, and veteran organizations. Downs Designs Dreams has formed a national partnership with the United States Department of Veteran Affairs assisting several VA Hospitals across the country

Downs Designs Dreams donates two brands:  Downs Designs and NBZ Jeans.  

The Downs Designs brand provides people with Down syndrome proper fitting jeans that are comfortable, easy to get on and off and stylish. Our jeans are more than just taking up a hem, we take the design a step further. Our designs fit appropriately at the knees, have elastic waistbands with no button or zippers and there are no tags that can irritate the skin. Our unique "Dip Down" styles solve another major issue for those with Down syndrome.  We promise that rolling up pant legs will no longer be a problem because each pair is hemmed to order.  With our exclusive Try-On Service, we guarantee a perfect fit for all our customers with Down syndrome.  We have future plans to provide other styles of pants, sportswear and more.

Thge NBZ Brand provides stylish jeans for men and boys who find manipulating buttons and zippers challenging.  Research shows that the number of men and boys  in this country with disabilities that affect their dressing is in the millions. Finding an attractive pair jeans with an elastic waistband and no button or zipper is nearly impossible.  NBZ jeans are made of soft, stretchy denim that are specifically designed to be stylish, comfortable and aid in independent dressing.  We have future plans for more styles of pants and shorts.
