Dress for Success is an international nonprofit that empowers women to achieve economic independence through a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help them thrive in work and in life. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in New York City, it has spread to over 150 cities around the world!

The Quad Cities affiliate was founded in 2010 and serves under-employed and unemployed women in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois by providing free business-appropriate clothing, job-search support, mentoring, financial literacy, professional development and work-life balance workshops.

Our vision is a world where women do not live in poverty. Where all women are financially independent, treated with dignity and respect, and are directly impacting their lives and those of their families.
