Daniel Wayne Shawver Jr. started DS Air Conditioning Inc. in November 2001. With one service van on the road, he worked to make a name for himself. Over the years the business grew with the help of friends, family, and loyal customers.

In May of 2002 DS Air Conditioning Inc. was featured in the Flashes Shopping Guide, under the section Who’s Who in Business. By August 2004 business exploded with the residential new construction boom. DS Air Conditioning was working on hundreds of new homes each year. In December 2004 DS Air Conditioning Inc, was awarded ‘Quality Partner of the Month’ by Ecclestone Signature Homes.

Business was at an all time high in March 2006 with 11 employees and 5 vehicles on the road but by September 2008 the residential new construction had come to a halt and business drastically slowed. Daniel and his team turned their attention to commercial new construction. Working closely with Commercial Contracting Division and other local builders, he was able to keep DS Air Conditioning Inc. open for business.

In February 2010, the office was relocated to Stuart to be more centrally located, to allow for better ease of access and faster turn around. January 2013 business is booming again with 7 employees and 4 trucks on the road.
