We are an architecture, urban design and spatial research studio. 

More than bricks and mortar, our projects are about people. 

Our work spans from crafting beautiful and sustainable buildings, welcoming landscapes and whole new neighbourhoods, through to writing the brief that will shape how a space might be used long into the future. Our aim is to foster positive change in the built environment and to empower communities, creating social value through collaboration and meaningful engagement. Using our intelligence and insight, and by deploying our range of skills to add value and deliver more, we bring projects to life and design them to evolve after completion. Above all, we see beyond boundaries to seek opportunities that bring wider benefits to all. 

Known for our innovative buildings, high-profile urban strategies and widely-acclaimed research, we have been awarded 19 RIBA Awards, nominated for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award, and also shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize.
