Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart is Houston’s only all girls’ Pre-K3 through Grade 12 college preparatory school in an open and welcoming Catholic tradition. As a caring community of educators, we offer your daughter a holistic approach to our students’ academic, socio-emotional and spiritual development. Our teachers foster empathy, social awareness and integrity from the first day a girl steps on campus to the day she graduates. Our cadre of educators, specializing in how girls learn best, has developed a unique ‘Mod schedule’ which allows our students to take a deep dive in Middle and Upper School into four subjects at a time, reducing academic anxiety and pressure.
 
Through these immersive and personal experiences with core subjects and electives, our students are allowed the time and breathing space to excel and decide where their talents and interests lie. These wise choices will set them up for success in their college application process and well into secondary education.
