Did you know, before there was Due South the store, there was Due South Realty? Noel DeVries, the founder of Due South, owned an independent real estate company for six years and before this was an agent for a huge dot com real estate company. 

When she became an independent Realtor, she did a lot of “fix and flips” of stressed homes. When it was time to “flip” the house, she would stage it with curated items from various places she liked to shop. Not only would her homes sell quickly, but people also wanted to buy items from the staged homes. Her love for curating goods and design eventually turned into the store as we know it today, Due South. 

The store has grown and is becoming a household name in the Lafayette, CO area. It’s cool and vibrant vibe is reflected in the real estate company both in its branding and in the quality of its agents. Known for its extensive and practical training we are growing in our reputation as a company who does real estate differently, and truly has agents who have a heart to serve and educate their clients. 

Our mission is to actively serve our community; not passively but proactively; we will overcome uncertainty with clarity; we will not disengage but choose to engage and build upon ideas and into our community while helping people fulfill their dreams through buying and selling homes.
