Duet: Partners In Health & Aging is a nonprofit interfaith organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, that has served older adults and their families since 1981. It provides free services to homebound individuals, family caregivers, and grandfamilies to help them navigate aging with dignity and hope. The organization was founded by Reverend Dr. Dosia Carlson and the Church of the Beatitudes and carried the Beatitudes Center DOAR name before adopting Duet in 2009. Duet operates within the civic and social sector and relies on hundreds of volunteers to support its programs, which include transportation to groceries and appointments, health promotion activities, and support groups. Recent activity includes expanding kinship care services into Tempe and Maryvale to widen its community reach.
