Attorney Felice Duffy's unique background and experience give her sharp insight, knowledge, and skill in handling all of the above legal matters. As an Assistant United States Attorney for ten years, she has seen the criminal justice system from multiple angles and understands the important differences between federal and state criminal procedures. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Duffy received her Ph.D. in education/sport psychology and was head coach of the Division I women's soccer team at Yale University for a decade. This experience gives her particular insight into the collegiate system, especially involving student codes of conduct. And as an undergraduate, she brought a legal action under the then-new Title IX statute against UCONN to compel the creation of the woman’s varsity soccer program. (She went on to become a first-team All American and was selected to be on the first U.S. National Women’s Team.)
