Dundee College is a higher and further education institution based in Dundee, Scotland. It serves learners aged sixteen and over with a broad mix of offerings, including school-level qualifications, work-based learning, vocational training, and higher education programmes that lead to nationally and internationally recognised certificates and diplomas. Established in 1985 through the merger of Dundee College of Commerce and Kingsway Technical College, the college is the largest in the Tayside region and, with around 23,000 enrolments, among the largest in Scotland. The college operates from two campuses, Kingsway and Gardyne, with the latter opened as a £48 million facility. Gardyne houses a refurbished theatre of 400 seats that is open to the public and supports a range of performance events; the campus also hosts facilities for media production and other performance-oriented learning. Across its campuses, Dundee College maintains specialized centers and spaces designed to support media, design, and performing arts education.
