Dwellings Unlimited, was founded by Joy Santiago in 2006.  The first location was opened in 2008 in Southfield, and moved to Farmington Hills in 2009. Detroit Office was established in 2014. Santiago has been featured in Time Magazine, Detroit Free Press, Model D, and on HGTV.
